WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and major holidays.

SM HATZZ cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship our orders via USPS. Orders placed during regular business days will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification.

RETUTURNED SHIPMENTS

SM HATZZ is not responsible for returned shipments due to insufficient addresses. Some orders may be liable for reshipping fees.
